CEREBRAL PALSY

Can we file case against doctor which responsible negligence of duty as child damage the brain initial period of birth

Quick Summary
If you believe a doctor's negligence during childbirth led to your child's cerebral palsy, you may be able to file a case. This can be done through the district consumer commission, and depending on the medical evidence, a criminal complaint might also be possible. It's crucial to have strong, verifiable evidence, ideally corroborated by a reputable medical authority, to support any claim of medical negligence.

Dear Querist

Case may be filed against the doctor for medical negligence in district consumer commission.

Criminal complaint may also be filed depending on medical report.

Only and Only if you have tangible, impeccable and verifiable evidence, corroborated by a reputable medical authority, should you proceed for filing a complaint for medical negligence during delivery.

In cases of medical negligence, such allegation ought to be supported by competent medical opinion.
