Cell phone recording conversation

Ld. Members,

I am fighting a divorce case filed by my wife under HMA

I wish to provide the cell phone conversation happened between me and my wife to the Court.

May I know what period private cell phone companies such as Vodafone/ Airtel/ Idea do keep the cell phone recorded conversations? (past six months, a year or so...)

Please elaborate

Cell phone providers never record or store your phone conversations my friend.

Hi if you have some other record or not or only cell phone recording on your call with your wife here you only show call record in between you and your wife but they could not record your conversation between you and your wife so you could not show or you got this one so forget this step if you have record on your phone than you show other no one company record your conversation and could not provide as per indian law
