CDR by detective agency

Is it legal to get CDR details by detective agency without person's consent. If not, can FIR be filed against detective agency and the person who hired the detective agency along with mobile phone service provider like airtel or vodaphone or reliance etc?

This is illegal, only court or empowered agency can do so. No detective can do this.

Yes criminal proceedings can be filed if you have tangible and verifiable evidences in the matter.
