Caveat

Hello Members,

I have submitted the Caveat in Session court not pass any ex parte order or stay with out hearing me as the other party can apply against my child visitation order. I want to know if Caveat is applicable for ex parte only or Stay also comes under it?

Stay also covered in caveat. Latter simply means -- no orders be passed without listening to respondent.

what is the next course of action if the apellete court gives the stay without knowledge of caveat submission or is it possible that the court doesn't consider the caveat?
