Cav pending

Hello and a very good morning to all.

My writ petition has been reserved for orders from the last 9 months.Even after repeated mentions and reminders there is no response in this regard. Please suggest what is the remedy in this matter?

Quick Summary
A petitioner is seeking advice on what to do after their writ petition has been reserved for orders for nearly a year, with the court soon to close for a summer vacation. Despite repeated mentions, there has been no progress, causing significant frustration. The response acknowledges the difficulty of the situation and suggests patience while also offering resources for understanding constitutional law and legal proceedings.

There's no remedy for it except to wait for the court to dispose the same.

You have to have patience, wait and watch for the verdict.
