respected sir i was terminated from service in may 2016 due to my qualification problem (after 1.5 years of service), i filed (OA) case against dept in CAT, dept did not attended the court and CAT issued the stay order on sep 2016. now dept approached the high court in nov and filed WP. so my question is since the order are stayed from CAT, will my service be counted till now or it is cancelled? kindly reply thank u..

At this point of time, it cant be answered as the matter is pending before the court.
