A person is doing job in North East Frontier Railway.His Posting is in Alipurdwar (west Bengal), the head quarter is in maligaon (Guwahati, Assam). Now the person has been served with an order for transfer of his job in some other location, so he wants to get a stay order from Central Administrative Tribunal regarding the the transfer of his job in that some other location.
