Caste declaration

Dear Sir/Madam, This is Vennila from Bangalore. I had already posed a question regarding caste declaration of my father as it was given wrong in my school records. I had filed O.S. in City Civil Court and finally my case got disposed of and decree has been obtained. What is the next procedure to be followed to obtain caste certificate. Thanks in advance.
