Caste certificate

If Someone Obatained false caste certificate but he never gain or use his certificate and then he Got The job in goverment with general category (means with no category ) then what happen with him when anyone caught him for false caste certificate . Would He Removed from service after get convicted ?

If the caste certificate obtained by fraudulent means has not been utilised for fraudulent purposes, then it will not be considered as a serious offence until someone is reporting to the authorities concerned about such fraudulent activities.

The authorities decision to escalate the matter or just ignore it will depend on their discretion.
