Cast voting

Dear Sir,

I am holding valid Voter Id Card issued from Kanpur. Currently I am working at Ahmedabad. My Question is:-

1. Can I cast my vote at Ahmedabad with this Voter Id Card.

2. Can I cast my vote online ? if yes, please inform me How?
