Lawyers Strike

 

I wish to file a case restraining lawyers resorting to frequent strikes as it deprives me of my right to seek judicial reprieve in courts.

Under which Section of the CPC can I do this?

Question No 2

Are there any SC Rulings dealing with Strike by Lawyers?

it is mandet of suprem court that lawyer can not  go on strike.
