Dear Sir,
Based on forged documents and false statements a case under "Prevention of Corruption Act" has been filed against me by a state vigilance.
I am not in Law profession. Kindly advise what I shold do and whom should I approach.

all the cases filed by the police seems to be a false , better file a discharge petition , and prove that all the documents are forged one

First of all you have to prove your case to get acquitted. There after you can file a petition before the same court for fabricating false evidence and misusing the official authority by charging a false case with some ulterior motive to harrass and damage you. You can file suit for damages at civil court to get the compensation as well.
