Case file missing in court

i had lodged an fir under section 504 and 506 against a person in 2021 after the investigation police filed a chargsheet against that person on September 2022 however the case file is neither available in concerned court nor available in procecution department.
i had filed RTI also and police department also provided same information that chargsheet has submitted on concerned court on september 2022.
what is the remedy  ?  how can i locate the case file.

Quick Summary
A user has lodged an FIR and a chargesheet was filed in 2022, but the case file is now missing from both the court and the prosecution department. Despite filing an RTI, the file remains elusive. The advice suggests that tracing the file is the court staff's responsibility, but the user can request certified copies of the complaint and chargesheet from the District Judge. Further action may involve appealing an RTI response if it's delayed.

You have no control / concern for misplacing / missing judicial file, it is the Court staff to trace or face consequence.

The most you may file a RTI / application for certified copy of the complaint and charge sheet before concerned Dsitrict Judge

Wait and watch.

Did you get any reply from court to your query through RTI act?

If not then wait for it.

If it is beyond 30 days then you can file an appeal against the RTI application and await reply.
