Good evening,
Before a petition in High Court we have to start again to file the petition again because the answer of the Judge is:
CASE DISPOSED
NATURE OF DISPOSAL: UNCONTESTED-NOT PRESS
Kindly explain us what does mean not press.
Does it mean that the case is dispossed?
Thank you for your help

Case is disposed off as it is uncontested and not pressed. Post scan copy of judgement.
Not pressed means it was not pursued by the Petitioner/ Applicant/ Appellant and it has therefore been disposed. You may go for restoration of Petition rather than filing new one.
