Whether the Case Diary can be given to an accused or his counsel ?

No, there ia prohibition for the accused and his counsel to perused the case diary, but the court or the prosecutor may call for the case diary to perused the same.

not at all, the Court or the P.P has the authority to read a case diry. under no curcumstances it not allowed to acccused.
