Case Details

I'm able to check only the case status through ecourt services.

I want to know, can I check the case details like contents of the petition/application filed by the petitioner? If yes, How to check the same.

You can see or get the certified copies of the records provided you have proper locus standi.

yeah but i wanted to know is there any option to check the same online?

No. Till the facility is not available in Courts; but in WB you can access the whole file if the case pertains to have been filed in the Calcutta High Court against the State of WB.
