ans of secound que. you cant apply for documents if you are not party of that case,if this court have website then you can see by case no. other wise go to court no option!!

i am advising u that file a' form of certified copy' with detailed whom copy do you want ,directly before the copy section of your court. 

if u r not a party of that case. contact with the court's clerk and demand unofficialy........

Thanku sir...I will approach the court clerks...I did not know these things and my friend was in need to get this copy of judgement since his advocated cheated him by misleading him.The advocate is not giving him the judgement back.
