Case Against the Power loom Owner

I'm form west Bengal. I can't stand loud noises. A neighbour next to my house Will install a power loom machine and there will be a lot of problems if this machine is installed.
so can i suit case Against the power loom owner?

@ Yes No,

The power loom is yet to be installed, no law can help for presumption.

You can file RTI Application and get the certified copy of approval from Public authority (Municipality(Residential/Industrial)  and Electricity (domestic/industrial).  If the construction is permitted/approved for the industry you can not do anything.   But if the permission/approval is for Residential, and in case there are attempts for installation of machinery, you can inform to Municipality or electricity and can even get an injunction if they fail to avert such attempts.

Discuss with a local advocate for such a remedy.
