Case against samsung company

Greetings,

I myself Arjun Mohandas, brought an andriod mobile named samsung galaxy grand neo I9060 on 11 august 2014 from coimbatore.At that time, the company did provide me 1 yr warranty.Now after just completion of exact 1 year, on 20th august 2015 my cell got complaint that,its board got an issue.
when i approached the service center, they told me that i have to pay an amount of 6500/- to repair the cell.

Now, iam thining to go to file a complaint against samsung ....
is that a right way to proceed.?

Sir,

If the warranty cover is not in force on the date of your complaint,then you can not enforce it against the Company.

okay i admire, that i am not in warranty period.
see, the device got this compaint on the very nxt week on competion of the warranty date.
so, they would have released a bad product or defected product..
They should answer for this question.??
am i right sir,??

Electronic products cannot be warranted for a longer period. It should be changed by company on courtesy basis, but not as a matter of right

I suggest you to visit the website of Consumer Association of India , Chennai"caiindia.org" and lodge online complaint so that you may get their valuable guidance/ followup as they are dealing effectively with hundreds complaints like this.
