my sister got marriage 5months back ,since her husband is far relative we are not much enquired it's an second marriage for my sister for him also its 2nd that we came t know recently and he not divorced from first wife from our side its cleared,
now he saying that he don't want my sister and that too without any reason and looking for his 3rd marriage,can we lodge a complaint against him,
we have marriage photos and videos only marriage was done in temple,
not registered at subregister office ,

you can go for a criminal complaint against him U/S 420, 406, 495,496 & 498A.... This would automatically stop him for doing 3rd marriage. Then you can file Divorce as well
