Case against magistrate

Hi,

Am i allowed file a criminal case against trial court magistrate as he got arrested me in NBW by instructing police personally on 08-12-11 though high court directed trial court to recall NBW on the same day when we appear by its order 02-12-11. He sent me to remand for 5 days. I got the order copy on 12-12-11 ouradvocate shown it to judge. still he did not grant me bail. Finally i was released on regular bail 14/12/11 at 7.00 pm. He kept personal grudge on me as District judge sent 2 memos based on my complaints as he did not dispose our discharge petition for 14 months and he made us wait in the court from morning to evening . Finally he dismissed our petition by showing a reason in provision in law after 14 months, without giving appeal time and issued NBW.

or let me know any other legal remedy for taking action on magistrate.
