Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Kuldeep Singh. I am a Master of Engineering Student. I have applied for PHD program in IIITM Gwalior. I fullfil each and every criteria defined by university in the advertisement on the web page of university. Despite of this i was not shortlisted for the written test. and there is not statement about further shortlisting of applied candidates for written test.
I want to sue the university. Is there any possibility of getting decision in my favour. I also want to that what can i claim for this. Please guide me .
