Case against husband in woman support center

If your wife gives the complaint, possibilities are there to file the case under Domestic Violence Act. This act is totally favorable to women.

Before that you can explain your situation and give a detailed petition to Lok Adalat (people’s courts), there Judges will enquire them, also you are creating the record against your wife, if she files the complaint, you can inform them, you have already given the complaint to  Lok Adalat (people’s courts), it’s under process. To take revenge, she is filing the fake complaint.

Definitely police will not take any action or file the case against you.

my advocate suggested me the same thing .since the past 8 months we have sent around so many notice to her as per address given by her in the marriage certificate ...later we came to know that those adress is false ..hence all the notices are came back to court...she started her willing ness for divorce all of sudden ..some one from the woman support center regularly calling us to come and meet them...any advice should we go there ?? i beleive this wound't be safe to do

please also let us know what is the best approach to deal with situation ..

Better you can check with your advocate, you can explain to women support center in detail, before 8 months  you have started the legal proceeding against your wife, by knowing this she was giving the fake complaint. Also you can request the women support center to advise your wife to face the case in court. Your advocate will guide you, pls  have a consultation with him. 

When you get a call next time from a women support centre, verify the genuineness of the call, the person called you etc., through some reliable sources.  Do not visit the centre without taking adequate precautions namely an AB, if the women police are likely to remand you.  Nothing will happen, be in touch with your advocate.  In the divorce case, you may request the court to permit you take substitute service of summon if she is not found in the address last known.
