Case against government for not performing there duties as per the Gassete order (G.O) released by them

hi,

This is Manoz ,im an International athlete and Asian games medalist,
im from Andhra Pradesh,according to G.O.84 of Yat&sports im eoigible for Sub-inspector post but the government officials are not moving my file and also opposing me and my desire for job,

what step can i take now to get my JOB..

You may file a writ petition in the high court of AP seeking a writ of Mandamus. The court may direct them to do their duty they ought to do as per the law(ie. GO)
