Case against cibil

Hi,

CIBIL has become like a blackmailing agent now. My basic questions are:

How can CIBIL take and sell my information? How can banks give our info to a pvt agency without our permission? How can banks reject loans based on CIBIL? If so, then it has to become an eligibility
criteria in their loans.

I have also suffered because of this. Banks, RBI and CIBIL all are at fault.

I want to file a case against CIBIL requesting/appealing it to be banned. Where should I file a case for that? Kindly guide me.

From various publications at many portals it can be indeed concluded that M/s CIBIL, Banks, RBI have been littering nuisance.

Some conclusive action needs to be taken.

There are lawyers that have succeeded in obtaining injunctions and putting Bank CIBIL on leash.

Mr. Janardhan Reddy Ponaka name is mentioned in threads mentioned below.

There are consumer help groups like AWAZ that have pulled the banks even upto Supreme court of India.

Dear Kumar,

Thanks a lot for your response.

Now, I want to file a case requesting abolishing of CIBIL. How can I do that?

Should I file a consumer case? Am I a consumer to CIBIL?

Or should I file a case in Supreme court or High court? Under what class do such cases come (like writ, PIL, etc.)?

Or can I do both?

Your lawyer can decide and help you after examining your docs on record and inputs.....
