I had booked house shifting from Vijayawada to Nagpur through M/s Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd (DRS Group). During booking i had not taken 3 rd party insurence and vendor booked risk coverage in my account. My bed was damaged compleately during transportation and it was csting me around Rs. 50K to me for reparing works. I had made a claim to Agarwal Packers, but they are denying my claim due to risk coverage in my account. My question is can i send leal notice by demanding compensation for my claim? is their any provision in law regarding my case?
