car service station next to our house

Hi All,

kindly provide a suggestion on below issue
There is a car service station which is next to my house in bangalore causes heavy noise of machinery and they are cleaning the car in open area with high air pressure creating noise and air pollution.I have compliant to BBMP and pollution control board but it's of no use.Please help as we are working from home.

File complaint u/s133crpc in district court of public nuisance.

Hi shashi but already a case going on between the landlord and the car service station owner.The construction has been done by the tenant for that he has filed a case on owner for compensation. want to know if there is case already can we again file one more suit against the car wash owner.
