Dear All,
I need urgent help/suggestion from you. I've booked a flat in Chennai on Sep 2012 and the sale deed is signed on Oct 2012, I've registered the flat on Feb 2013. Now lot disputes between me and the builder. I would like to cancel the flat now. Out of the total 40 Lakhs I've paid 26 Lakhs till now. I want to know the procedure and the how much money I will loose in cancellation. Kindly guide me. Thanks in advance.
