I have done a sale deed for 36.5L with a builder for a flat in newly regularised colony in delhi on stamp of 50/- by giving him advance of 1.2Lacs where 20k is given as token and 1Lacs as advance. On sale deed there is mention of cheque of 4Lacs also that i stopped next day after executing the sale deed.
Reason of cancellation is that i got very negative feedback of the flat and the builder. The quality is compromised in structure. There are multiple owners in the property.
I asked to refund my money, he is saying to give after selling. But its already 2 months and gave nothing. Also not ready to give any confirmation of repayment in writing. Flat is not sold.
please help what to do.
