Sir,
As we get regular bail in 304b/498a from session court. Know opposite party file the application for cancallation of regaular in session court. on basis of arrest stay is dismissed by HC.
What is the procedure for cancellation of regular bail from session / HC.
how much time will take this procedure as charge sheet is not submitted.

Bail cannot be cancelled only on the basis of an application filed by the opposite party. If there is any violatin of condition put by the court then only bail can be cancelled, otherwise it cannot.

if there is any violation of condition but it is due to some circumstances and not series, even in that case bail can not cancel. There should be very strong reason to cancel the bail

Dear Sir,
As the application submitted in following points
1. Arrest stay is dismissed by HC
2. Charge Sheet yet not submitted by Police.
Only two points for cancellation of bail in session court.
application is filled by private lawyer not by govt. lawyer.
