I have finalized and applied for Home Loan for a plot. Now I have a basic question, when bank process this document and release the loan. Within this period say at the max 1 month this person can cancel the power rt ?. What is the best way I can make sure everything is fine ?.

that you need to verify. You need to check that on the date of registration, is he having power to register or still trhe power in force?

In that case my query is. When I register and get the hoam loan will the bank simply disburse the loan ?. Because if the power is not in the person's name then the registration itself is not valid rt ?. Or will the bank will make its due diligence ?
