The cancellation of GPA is most important. You can execute revocation of GPA deed and register it at the concerned Registrar Office where the GPA was executed and registered. Proper notice by way of notice to the GPA Agent should be sent by registered post with Ack due and a public notice by way of newspaper notification must be published.

The owner has to execute the cancellation/ revocation deed at the same register office. The presence or consent of agent is not necessary. After revoation / cancellation, a notice to agent with proof is suffice.

(1) By registering a cancellation of power of attorney at the same Sub-registrar Office. Or
(2)By sending an apllication to Sub-Registrar stating the power of attorney number etc. and paying prescribed fee to the registering officer.
