Query: Can you rent a flat on leave & license in maharashtra immedaitely after taking possession of flat ? Is society formation mandatory or one can rent out the flat before it is formed ? Also in case instead of society formation an apartment deed is formed by builder ,,,does it have any impact as far as renting the flat goes?

Being the absolute owner of the property , you may rent the flat on taking possession. you need not wait for the formation of the society.

u can rent ur ownership flat prior to society formation ,
but when society is formed necessary form must be filled n submitted to the society,
