Dear All,
My wife filed 498a case and maintenance as per 125 crpc against me on 7 months back
But magistrate rejected her interim maintenance application and final maintenance enquiry is going on.
But two week back she filled one more application with different statement
My question is how she filled two applications with two different statements.

Ur question is not clear, it seems that the interim maintenance petition was rejected or dismissed or kept aside as the presiding officer intended to proceed with main case.
If the interim maintenance petition is dismissed on merits, it woud be helpful to u in the main petition.
She cann't file the secnond application as the first petition is being adjudication before the Court.
It is not clear from your quary that whether ur wife fied the second application under 125 crpc or the other Acts.
Even she claimed maintenance from other provisions, u bring the facts before the forum and stay the second applicaion till the disposable of the first application. Different pleadings help u all.
