I have purchesed a plot in my locality of site dimention 30 x 50, after purchasing the property i found some mistake in RTC. Details are as follows:
1. Actual owner of the plot has sold 1 acre 10 c*ntas to one person and 0.9 c*ntas to one person (I have xerox copy of those two documents)
2. My plot is divided from the remaining portion of the above land i.e 9.1 c*nta.
3. But RTC is showing 1 acre 10 c*ntas to one person and 9 c*nta to one person (instead of 0.9 c*ntas)
Can any one please suggest me the solution for this problem.
