My friedn given some amount of money to his friend for Rs 2/ month interst. After few months, he failed to repay the money. My friend filed a case agains him. In the court he claimed that he dont have any property and he can not repay the money. Court send him to JAIL for 3 months. He was in jail for 3 months and he came back. Recently my friend found that he has propety,and in the court he given wrong statement. Can my friend my file a case against him now?
(1) He cheated the court, Judge saying that he dont have any property and he can not repay the money.
(2) he inentionally went to JAIL for not repaying my friend money.
Based on (1) and (2) can my friend file a case against him?
