Dear Expert Lawyers,
Can we file RTI on BAMS doctor seeking whether he has authority to do pregancy test or he is authorized to conduct any test that shows whether a woman is pregnant or not. Seeking information whether he has licence to do pregnancy test.
Please suggest.

file it to MCI and ask general questions without disclosing the name of the actua BAMS doctor.
once they give positive answers then on that basis RTI on Dr.BAMS
