Can we cancel gift deed on minors.

Cancellation of a gift deed is a difficult task however if you have a strong case you can revoke the gift deed. You have to file a civil suit. 

Once a gift has been made it can't be revoked .However donor can file civil suit for cancellation of gift on ground of fraud, cheating and coercion.

Yes. It requires permission from the court concerned.

In my case, the gift deed was made in 2012, my client is in intoxication condition, his son-in-lwa was played fraud and got the registration.  Recently stopped the government benefits to him, therefore, on verification he found about gift.  So that, on which provision we will proceed to file a suit for cancellation of gift deed on minors (in this one more thing is my client is the guardian of the donees).
