Dear Sir(s) a person of Muslim community had purchased 2 acres of agricultural land property from his younger brother which was given to him by their parents on an agreement on bond paper only. My question is
Is this agreement is valid?
Both of them died. How to claim and make it perfect legally as it wasn't been transferred in his name in revenue records officially.
Can the younger brother's children claim that 2 acres of land from their cousins?
