hello, we had a office clerk that left the job without settling his dues...inorder to claim it back...will it fall under civil or criminal matter? can i go for a police complaint. i had some advances paid to him..but then i dismissed him for non performance. can this still be reported to police.or it has to be through court. i know it will be a time consuming process..but looking to get this done with less effort..
