Can there be 2 different companies on same address

As i see there is no restriction to the number of companies registered on the same address. in my case,

The managing director of my company has opened 2 more companies with other members and directors and himself as MD of both, using the same address as our company without any information or consent of mine.(we were the only 2 directors). Is he allowed to do so?

Secondly, will they function as separate entities or as a part of the original company registered on that address?

Ms.Rashmi Nanda,

The answer is to be affirmative and the other company which is being formed being a distinctive corporate entity need not to seek your or for that reason anybody else's permission whatsoever.

I hope this clarifies.

Best regards

Daksh
