Dear all,
Can the notice given under Special marraige Act be ammended ??? My friend needs to change the address on the notice , please advice wether she can ammend the said notice or does she need to file another notice altogether ??

your question is confusing. Notice will be served by the office of marriage registrar and not by the parties. If notice has already been sent by the office of marriage registrar, move an application for serving it on the fresh address. If it has already been served, move an applicatin to serve the notice again on the fresh addresss.
