can RENOTICE send for 138

i have sent a legal notice under 138(cheque bounce) to a person by register AD post but now 30 days complete for these thing but no rply by his and post record will also nothing show a clear query of regarding postage. now can i sent a new notice to his? or any others suggestion regarding this thing . suggest me please.. thank you ..

Sir cause iff action arise when chequedishonoured.you have sent notice.you may file case in limitation period.second notice will adversely affect case.n.b. sawant,advocate high court
