Hello
We made registered 1.development agreement with Builder including registered 2. irrevokable POA for 3 Yrs. but period is over & 0% work is completed. Can we revoked both the agreement, please guide accordingly. If yes then what is the procedure.

A irrevocable power of attorney is in general irrevocable to the period specified by it to do any particular act or deed,once the period is over,it may get revoked by a registered cancellation deed.

One more thing in POA there is no specific period is mentioned but in development agreement 3 years period is mentioned and it is linked with POA. So, is it possible to revoke, if it is revoke then at the time of POA & development agreement builder gives as a sum of Rs. 250000. But now if POA is revoked then whatever amount is received at that time should we refund to builder or what. please guide accordingly.
