Can POA holder transfer his POA?

 

CAN POA holder transfer his right by making another POA in good faith and under the knowledge of all the owners and their heirs before his death?

Can the new POA holder undertake transaction?

See actully there is no any concreate law what abstain/obstruct to transfer POA by a POA holder but there must shown reasonable ground before transferring the same in the favour of another person there must be some clause in which there should be time limitation.

No, POA holder cannot transfer his power to anybody. He is the constituted attorney of the person conferring the Power.  Hence very simply new POA holder cannot also make any transaction.
