Can physician do business?

I am of the view that medical code like the Oath of Hypocrite   applies to medical works of healing etc, and other business like farming, hoteiler, and cars etc, are outside medical code. Correct me if I am  wrong.

1. Please provide me the copy of laid down rules and regulations that prohibits a qualified physician from stepping into the business of hotels, automobiles, etc.,

You can practice as physician or hotelier but not both.
