Dear Sir,
The form 1 of DV case, which need to be filed before protection officer, has been incomplete.
She didn't fill any instance of curelty, generic information such as mental, physical harassment was mentioned.
She just gave names and addresses of the respondents, by giving false statements of giving 10 lakhs dowry and jewellery against 3 respondents.
Where as she didnt fill any kind of instance, like time, date, place and the person involved in harassment.
Can it be allowed by protection officer?
Is this point helpful for me in court?
