Can open system non formal BA degree take admission in LLB?

Those who have studied Law after getting degrees through open university system have been issued notice to scrap the recognition given for practicing law in Tamilnadu.Itr is still fluid,what action is likely to be taken against judges who are now holding office through open university degrees.Everything started with the judgement given by the Madras High court in the case between Ramesh and Madan Gabriel. Though this judgement in no way affected the individual having open university degree, this judgement was taken as an order invalidating the open university degrees as a whole. Neverthless,sdmissions have been granted in LLb for the open university degree holders in the year 2009-10.

I think this judgement is about invalidation of MA degree without completing the three year BA course as far as my information from news sources on internet goes about this case judgement.  My question is about getting admission in LLB based on three year completed BA degree course from Open university through non formal system. pls help me

My friend is an openuniversity M.A  and then m.phil , he got admission in 2008 to 3 yars llb in andhra, he has already passed all the 5 semesters, he is now in the final semester, please tell me whether he can obtain his llb degree from the university after passing final semester in may 2011. whether university can refrain from giving llb degree.
