Can notice be sent by wa & email in addition to register ad?

Respected Lawyers,

I will be sending a formal refund request letter to a company who has not provided adequate services for quite some time.

I will be sending it by Register AD post but in addition I plan to send soft copy PDF by email to their official support email-id as well as WA number.

Is this fair and normal or only Register AD is official way?

Send a legal notice to the company, failing which you may approach the court concerned.

A legal notice can be sent by email and WhatsApp simultaneously along with registered post with acknowledgment due (AD) to ensure proper service, as courts increasingly recognize electronic and digital delivery methods. Sending it through multiple channels creates a stronger case for the notice having been received, which is especially beneficial for urgent matters.

Yes why not. It's legally recognisable and there are Supreme Courts and High Courts judgments validating the same

Yes, notice can be sent through registered post or electronic modes or by both modes.

It's ok if you are sending mail , take a copy of send mail plus autogenerated receipt mail if any and present it in the court.

In case of Registry with acknowledgement court asks for report from the office and if already attached in the file court will check whether it was well delivered or not otherwise will ask you to take step again
