Can non-reportable judgements b blogged/shared on soc media

Dear All

Forums like this, blogs and other social media are powerful tools in the hands of professionals and litigants to exchange information and learn. These forums have helped a lot in the recent few years.

As you may agree, while discussing legal issues, it becomes necessary to quote or refer to judgements of Honourable courts

Some of these judgements are marked as NON-reportable, but still available on various court websites and free legal websites

Can we quote or post such NON-reportable cases on blogs, FB, or forums ?

What is the real meaning of NON reportable - is that only for the case digests and reporters (like AIR) or is there a ban / bar on quoting NON reportable judgements in discussions, blogs, social media

Thanks in advance for your replies

Regards

Vinayak
